What is Lean?

Lean is the enemy of waste.  This approach identifies wasteful elements within processes or operations and aims to eliminate those.  

What is Six Sigma?

Six Sigma is the enemy of variation.  This methodology aims to ensure the output of a process is defect (anything that annoys a customer) free and is conducted the exact same way each and every time.
